ALL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ADMINISTERED ONLINE.
AFTER A CLUB REGISTERS AND / OR CANCELS A PLAYER IT IS THE CLUBS RESPONSIBILITY TO GO ONLINE AND CHECK THEIR LIST OF ELIGIBLE PLAYERS BEFORE THEY PARTICIPATE IN ANY MATCHES.
Clubs can only register their players online after their SYFA club affiliation has been received & approved by the SYFA and the club has received an email with insurance documents.
On receipt of SYFA documents or if you changed the club’s password please allow 4 hours for system update before attempting to register players.
For player registration password problems, before you contact SYFA, go to the SYFA Registrations System at www.syfaregistrations.co.uk then club registrations then Updates & Changes. Enter your login details and if entry is gained to the system your login details are correct and you should wait for a system update.
SYFA Approval of Forms
The club should print the form and gather all required signatures before selecting the ‘Submit
Registration’ button which will submit the registration form for approval to the Scottish Youth FA.
The club should also keep a copy of the signed form. The player will now appear in the Registrations
Waiting Approval list.
The club should now post or deliver the form complete with all relevant signatures to the Scottish Youth FA within three days.
Expired Player Registration Forms
All submitted registration forms where SYFA does not receive the signed copy will be deleted from the system after a period of ten days.
It is the club secretary’s responsibility to check that their players are fully registered.
